At level 3 go to strong hold of security and take just some type of food, shrimp, lobster anything will work. Then run past all the monsters until u get to the room with the chest open it get the emote and repeat this for all five levels. Levels 4 and 5 are kinda hard because of the high level monster but u should be able to run by them. At the last level in the room with the cradle of life you have the chose of getting some boots that give some ok stats, best boots in F2P. Then exit. Now you should have 4 new emotes, the best boots in F2P and a free 10k!! so theres some start off money for ya.

one way to make money if u have 55 mage and like 1m nats then you can high alch yew longs or if you have a very good woodcutting lvl (like 90) u should cut magic logs but find an empty world to do it lots of people at magic trees.

try killing jungle spiders lvl 44 and sell there carcases

kill hil giants and get big bones and limpurt root for 300-500gp lol

a few ways to make cash on p2p is buy flax at ge buy 1k for 96k turn to bow strings at lumbby castle it takes a hour to make 1k bowstrong they sell for 172k ( right now monday 16 june ) big bones nly pick up the big bones limps n nats laws n chose runes sell for good prices u need a brass key to get there from varok if u lvl 28 thiveing there is to buldings go to the 1 on the right n u will see 2 chests up stairs check for traps on right 1 u will get 3gp n a nature rune run downstairs thne back up n repeat my recerrd is 3000 nats in a hour ( this was on saturday) or fish for lobbys tuna swordfish shark if u have the right lvls in cahthrabe bank rpeat in a hour i havde got 1k swords n lobs or 500 lobs n 500 swordies n quick money this will get u in the millions ust not fast stick to 1 of theses u should have like 2mill a week or if u fast u can have that in 1 day gl o n p ess is good money

by or cut lots of oak logs then get about 100k and turn em into planks at the lummber mil 4000 is like 2mil

im a succesfull merchant on rs. ive spend like 3.5 out of 5years that ive been playing on merchanting. and ive never seen anny good post at all overthe entire web that will actually make you rich.

its not about collecting alot of 1 item and then selling it.

COLLECTING STUFF IS A WASTE OF TIME! you can get rich doing it...but it will take you ages.

the point of merchanting is that you INVEST your money so that you GAIN MORE.

per example. i used to merchant cow hides. i would just go up to kharid bank and buy em for 100each and then go and sell them for 150-200ea. youill get stinking richt that way. [NOTE] cant do that anny more because of GRAND EXCHANGE. what i would also do is buy hides 100each then tan em to hard leather and sell em for 350each! imagine. collecting 20000 cowhides in 1 day. (YOU JUST INVESTED 2MILLION) then the next 2-3 days you spend tanning the hides to hard leather. once you have done that you would have 20000 hard leather. sell 20000 hard leather for 350each and you would have have 7MILLION. THATS 5MILL IN ONLY 3-4 DAYS you may wanna say. why would someone buy hard leather for 350ea. BECAUSE ITS NOT JUST 1 HARD LEATHER its 20000 and because you just spend 3days tanning hides you safe your buyer ALOT of time. he wont have to waste 3days tanning hides and he wont have to spen 1 day collecting 20k hides. for high level people they only have 1 goal. get on the top 100. and then even top 10. for them time is really important and they are filthy rich! they will gladly spend 5mill!! thanks to you they can do a job that would usually cost 5 days, in just 1 day.

most of you will now be like WTF why didnt anny one ever tell me this b4??? ill tell you why. because merchants are smart. IF ALOT OF PEOPLE KNOW HOW THEY MAKE MONEY THEN THEY WILL START COPYING AND EVENTUALLY THE PROFIT OF THERE TECHNIQUE WILL DROP AND THEY WONT MAKE ANNY MONEY AT ALL.

so my advise to you is. stop looking for someone that will give you a good merchanting tip bcuz they WONT. NO one is going to kill there own income.

BUT IT IS POSSIBLE!!! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FIND ONE OF THE MANNY MERCHANTING TECHNIQUES.

ill give you an example. to let you see what i mean.

[NOTE] THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE!! AND I JUST MAKING UP SOME PRICES SO THE PRICES I USE WILL PROBABLY NOT BE THE SAME AS ON RUNESCAPE!! [NOTE]

you buy a regular log for 5gp then you cut it into shafts and you will get like 12 shafts. sell the shafts for 2gp each...
and you will have 24gp. you just turned 5GP into 24GP!!
now lets say you but 10000 logs. you INVEST 50000GP!! cut all 10k logs into shafts and you will have 120000 shafts! sell these shafts for 2gp each and you will have 240000GP...

see the point???...

i do the (almost) exact same thing but with ANOTHER item. an item that is more exspensive then the logs. why do i use items that are more exspensive? bcuz the difference in prices will be bigger. lets say [ITEM A] costs 2.15K each and you cut this into [ITEM B](12) and [ITEM B] is whert 204GP each. then you will end up wit 12 x 204 = 2448gp thats 298GP per item. if you then invest 21500000GP you will have 10000 of [ITEM A] wich means you will have 120000 of [ITEM B] and [ITEM B] = 298GP 120000 x 298 = 35.76mill gratz you just made 14,26 mill in like 1 week. bcuz it will probably take like a week to do all the work. and it will be really boring but it will have been whert it. you wont be making 14mill / week tho. more like 9. eventually it all depends on how much hours you spend each day playing. i used to play 15 hours / day. if i would play only 3-4 hours a day then there would be no way in hell that id make 1.5mill / day. AND YES I HAVE NO LIFE...NO ONE CARES ITS MY LIFE AND I DO WHAT I WANT WITH IT. I HOPE THIS POST WILL MOTIVATE YOU ALL.
