A defender is a sort of a shield but it looks like a little dagger. Its stats are quite good and they look pretty cool as well. Follow these steps and you will find out how to get a defender. First off, there are many types of defenders. They are bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamantite and rune. They can be earned at the warriors guild in Burthorpe. The fastest way to get there is to teleport to burthorpe games room by using a games nekalace. Walk up the stairs until you get outside the castle. Walk like a few meters west and you will see a big (noob looking) man standing outside the guild. to get inside, your strength and attack must add up to 130 or more (for example 70- strength and 60 attack). Otherwise the man wont let you in. Inside there are different rooms in wich you do different stuff to get warrior guild tokens. My personal favourite game is the one at the bottem floor. The one with magical anilhamators in (by the way im sorry if i spelt that wrong). In this room you need to fight your own armour.
You need any kind of armour from bronze to rune (not above). You only need the full helmet, platebody and platelegs. Sometimes when you kill your armour you may find that some peices of the armour are missing. The higher the armour is the less chance of getting it lost. I use mithril armour i think its a level 93 (its very easy to defeat). When you kill the armour, it will drop the pieces of armour as well as some warrior tokens. Collect a lot of these ( i would recomend about 1500 if you havnt got any defender). When you get enough tokens go to the bank (its in the guild) and withdraw some food str potions (these things are optional but if your a lvl 80+ you wont need them) and of course your tokens. Go to the top floor and you will find a lady as well as some cyclops. Talk to the lady and ask about permission to go inside (or something about defenders or cyclops) Now for every miniute your in the arena you will lose 10 tokens. The aim is to kill the cyclops until they drop a defender. (first bronze then iron etc.) For every time you get a defender go show your defender to the lady. Have fun getting defenders!
