This is just a short little tutorial on how to get your strength to 60. I didn't go too far because the number of monsters you have to kill from there is insane!
Not everything in this guide may be perfect, some data could be off a bit and you may have to experiment .
Immediately after you come out of Tutorial Island, go to the cow field and pick up meat from cows that people have killed (you may also want to pick up some cow hides to sell or tan). Then cook the meat over a fire, or cook over the fire in the house near the chickens. Once you have nearly an inventory full of meat, go fight some cows. Kill exactly 37 cows (pick up cowhides always and cook meat if u need it) and you should hit level 5 str.
Along the way, you should get some attack experience also, so you should buy yourself a iron scimitar in Al Karid. Simply sell the cowhides at the bank in Al Karid for 100 ea and you should get enough cash. Go to Varrok now and stat mining copper and tin (you will need money to buy weapons and armor). Mine 138 copper and tin ores (respectively). Go to Al Karid after you're done and smelt the bars. You should have 69 bars. Make them into daggers and sell them at general stores that don't have any. Sell as much as you can until you think you wont be getting a lot of cash then switch worlds and sell at the same general store.
Now, try to get yourself some armor. Or you can go and mine some iron and sell that at 100 ea. Now, you should go to the monastery near Barbarian Village and kill 121 monks to hit level 15 str, buy a steel or black long sword or scimitar depending on your attack level. After you hit 15 str you can either go fight Rock Crabs or mine. If you chose to mine, go mine iron and sell that for 100 ea, or you can smelt it, if you can, and you can smith the bars. Now go fight 117 rock crabs and you should get to 25 str. By now, you should be set to go and buy yourself some steel or black armor. Get to that by selling iron ore, or if you've been mining a lot, mine silver or coal and sell those.

should have data for how much you can sell those ores for.
You should have 25 strength now and you should kill Experiments (you must have started Creature of Fenkenstrain to kill these). Kill 278 of these to hit 40 strength. This is the really boring part. I recommend that you kill Experiments, because the higher level monsters that give you more exp, are way too strong for your level, and they don't give much more exp than an Experiment. So, kill 2043 experiments until you reach 60 strength. You should only do this if you value experience more than items or loot. At 60 strength, get the best gear you can possibly get and start fighting slayer monsters.
Sorry for the shortness of the guide. If I put down all the numbers of monsters you had to kill to hit 99 str, you would get so angry at me, so I'm stopping at 60. So I'm ending this here. Good Luck from there!
i tend to find too many noobs on PC, but yea, thats a good way.
O and if you wanna get your str to 99 from 60, just kill 15518 skeletal wyverns, or 14812 dark beasts, or kill 20756 black demons. Dont be mad at me, i didnt make the game, i just provide the info.

I think that you shud ether train on baby blu dragons when lvl 65 str till about 75 then train at pest control till 85 then kill black demons or kalphite gaurds till 99 or even expirements the other way to go is to kill the yupe of dragon of your choice.

Well, then you should stick to killing ice giants at lvl 60-75, lessers from 76-85, then maybe greaters from then out. Stick to lessers from 85 on out if ur non mems because greaters are in wildy and revs get in the way.

Well, if your new to members, then don't fight dragons. Theyll eat you alive if your not prepared. But, if you do wanna know where they are, look for blue drags in the dungeon east of fally. Greens are in wild, and black is in wild also.

There really is no fast way to get your str to 99. It's difficult all the way. Matter fact, don't set such high goals for yourself. Also, amardyl isn't for people using melee. You're better off trying to get Barrows. Hmmmm...just want to ask, what's your level? If your less than 70 don't even TRY to get something that expensive, because if you dont even know where to start to get 250m, then that in itself says a lot about your money making skills.

hey macsooner48 you need 200,000 xp to upgrade it 99 i know this because i looked at high scores you will see it on the side when you go to runescape.com if you look on highest lvl of strength it will say the top 10 people who got to 99 strength next to it it will say how much xp they had to earn to get to lvl str to 99 try going to the high score place.

or you can kill hill giants by the grand exchange, you have to be over a level 28 or youll be killed, then sell their bones for 405gp each, a full inventory sells for 12k!!!!!!!!

wait cut out the revnant part go to the castle in falador over the bridge where the 2 knights stand when you over the bridge you will see white knights with yellow and red feathers on there helm red is lvl 28 yellow is 33 then go in the castle and go way to the top you will see up to 2 or 1 knights that have a blue feather on there helm blue is lvl 49 kill them and wait after they respawn kepp doing this until you have 80 strength it might take 15 minutes or more oh yeah and it shoul be 1.3k per a blue knight try it gabmanrocks it might work

how to get you strength up fast:alright this is a guide ill help you with kinda like sir tayzas but different ok lets start:notice how you are in a tutorial do the tutorial and once you reach the mage and he gives you some runes drop them and talk to him he will think you already did it so finish the tutorial and and you will be at lumby go past the gate that have 2 satues on each side you will see lots of rats kill themtil you have 5 attack you should be able to hold steel either go to al kharid or ask for a skimitar(steel)and now kill some goblinstill your defence is 5 go to al kharid a get steel plate legs or skirt if you are a girlgo kill cows till your strength is 10 then go kill some farmers till ur str is 15 get some attack toget a black sword at a store or sumthin then go kill someguards at varrok make sure you have atleast steel armor cause they are lvl 21 any way get ur strength up to 25 bye killing them along have some defence to go to the grand exchange a buy some black armor if your buy isnt suceeded you might wait for days waiting for it to succeed go kill lvl 24 guards in the palace(near the grand exchange) till your strength is 40 and defence 20 and attack 25 along the way get a mithril sword and some mithril amror(full) now go in the sewer(next to the palace) and wonder around you will see lvl 33 spiders(giant) to get you str to 55 and attack lvl 35 and defence lvl 30 ill tell you to get addy later go a lil bit farther to the poison red spiders the are lvl 41 or more kill alot til your stength is 65 and you attack is 45 and defence 45 you combat should be around lvl 70 you should have atleast 20k from killing go to the grand exchange and get some adament armor,helm,body,legs,2hander then sell your steel,black,and mithril armor for atleast 10k go back to the sewer and back to the red spiders and next to them yu will see lvl 43 moss giants kill them till your strength is 90 and attack 70 and defence 70 now im sorry go back to the grand exchange you should have 25k plus the 10 k you had so 35k get a rune helm(21k)and get a rune skimitar(10k) you will have 4k left get a sregth and defence amulet both is 1 and a halfk(1.5k) sell bones or yew logs for 100gp for bones and 300 for yew logs just get you tree cut lvl to 60 if you wanna cut yew your combat lvl should be around 90 go to the wildernes lvl 40 and kill lesser demons(lvl 79) until your strength is 99 and attack and defence lvl 99 ill leave the rest last lvl to a 100 strength haha just kidding it only goes up to lvl 99 oh yeah and get some rune armor you should have enough for a chain body sell your addy for 20k and get a shield to legs are 40k but il leave the rest to you good luck and hope your not bored of reading this i have alot of info sorry

i was 80 str 4 days ago.. i play like 4 hours a day that shows that the new pc is amazing... i find clan worlds and games are simple. o btw my str is 89, 90 by tmrow.. well im just saying go to pc lvl 100 pc of course make 1k per game plus the xp at my lvl i get 100 points in 40 mins which is 50k xp for me and 25k cash

gamefreek yes i do if your lvl 60 train moss giants if you have a 27k xp til next level it will take atleast 20 minutes to upgrade it its amazing!!! i got atleast 8 upgrades in str in 2 days it helps alot. MOSS GIANT STATS: total hit:5 to 6 combat lvl:42 xp per moss giant:300xp location:varrok sewers info on moss giants:giants thaat only like to hang out in grassy lands there regular human giants exept they have mold and moss growing on there body will attack you automatically if your lvl 60 to 70 you will need foods u will need either:tuna,lobster,monkfish i mostly use monkfish,shark and swordfish maybe.

moneymaking tips. yo guys heres some money making tips alright first one mine rune essence in varrock aask the runecraft guild to teleport you to rune esscence but....once you mine rune essence there it becomes pure essence u can sell for 2k a inventory and theres a bank across te rune shop if you save 1000 rune essence its 150k per 1000 mine 7000 of em for 1 mil. ok everyone knows this woodcutting yews if you wc is 59 its 27k xp til next lvl cut willow. yews are 405 gp each thats the lowest price everyone gos for if you sell em for the medium price or the highest it will take months til someone buys it one inventory is 11k 60 wc i forgot you need 40 mining to mine rune essence cursed magic logs cant be sold if i owned the game id mak em 5k each rune crafting is awesome try to make alot of chaos runes 100 is like 25k bye
