Hi, little as anyone knows, mechanical mice give agility experience! You can do this at 1 agility.
First of all, you need to wind these mice.
It's just a quick left click in order to wind them.
28 of these mice give 400 exp.
15*28 = 400
I timed this and found out you can release and catch 28 mice in around 55 seconds, this makes it 26k per hour, just a little less than wild agility course, but can do this at any agility level.
You should now have an inventory full of wound mouse, go to this building upstairs.
Stand in this room and release your mice.
Picking up toy mice is easy, you can simply left click on them.

How to acquire mice:
They are player made objects, 33 crafting required.
They are made through construction, the 'Crafting table 4' which requires 42 Construction to make, but you can use a friends Crafting table if you do not have this level.
You need 1 plank, and 1 clockwork (made from steel bar, 8 Crafting required.
