This is both suitable for IE and Firefox. Each browser has different ways of deleting lag. Please pay close attention to the following steps and try to comprehend them.
Firefox
Step 1:
When you first start up firefox go to the tools section, select add-ons and at the bottom right corner you should see a link saying “get extensions”. Click it and it should open up a new tab showing the firefox add-on downloads section.
Step 2:
Scroll down and go to the popular extensions section. Once there search for ad block plus which should be at the very top. It will block all the banners and ads that you often find while playing runescape.
Internet Explorer
Step 1:
Go to the tools section at the very top of the browser and from the list select internet options. Once you have done that a menu should pop up, go to the advanced section of that menu and scroll down till you find the multimedia section and uncheck all the checked boxes.
Step 2:
Refresh your browser; go to the runescape homepage to find that no pictures will show up or ads. To reverse this go back and do the opposite of all the things you did to the advanced section of the internet options menu.
