Law runes are expensive, and it takes a lot of training to make
your own. So thats why i wrote this guide. I will explain how
you will get absolutely free law runes. First you need 27
pure rune essence (you can buy it from other players for
100 each or mine your own if you are 30 mining and have
completed The rune mysteries quest).
Now leave everything in the bank (your equipped things to) and
take out your 27 pure essence they must be unnoted. Go
to Port sarim and speak to the monks of entrana. the will
ask you if you want to go to entrana.
When you are at Entrana go to the north east corner of the
little island you must be in world 66. Now you will see a lot of
people go to the people in red robes of zamorak. Trade them
and offer them your 27 unnoted essence they will offer you
27 law runes and 27 noted pure essence (if they dont offer
you that decline trade).
Go back to the at the docks and talk to them. they will ask
you if you want to return to Port sarim. When you are back
at Port sarim run or walk to draynor. Store the noted pure
essence and the law runes in the bank. you can do this
as many times as you want.
