It is quite hard for f2p to get arrows as it cannot be smithed nor runecrafted like melee weapons and runes. In this guide, I will tell you how to get arrows from monster drop. For bronze arrows, you can get them from goblins in level 1 security stronghold.
For Iron arrows, you can get them from minotaur also in level 1 security stronghold. You can get this two kinds of arrows quite easy as they drop quite frequently. However, for higher levels ranger or ranger that pk in wildy will not use these cheap arrows. They should use their best arrows like mithril arrows and adamant arrows.
To obtain them in f2p, you should kill White knight(level 38, with green things on the helmet), they drop (5-10)mithril arrows and (2)adamant arrows. It is quite a slow process comparing to killing minotaurs or goblins, but it is the only way to get mithril and adamant arrows other than buying for f2p.
Note:White knight are wearing melee armours, so using magic can gain you an advantage.
