First you must cross a bit of the wilderness to the fist of guthix game. Don't worry, there wont be any pkers, and the revenats rarely go there. Once you make it, learn how to play the game.
Then once you have done that, begin to play, you will have to win a couple of games to earn up to 50 guthix tokens (depending on the type of shield), then you can recharge them. The best way to win the game is to be a coward, use the houses to your advantage and the bandages and the tele orb you get. Just don't camp the outside, this is ineffective and not very fair to others. Instead use the houses to escape and leave from the door furthest from your enemy, to try and lose him or her.
