How to Become a Player Moderator on RuneScape

This guide tells you a few tips for becoming a player moderator on the online game, RuneScape.

How to become a player mod on a level 3 account

Start by making two level 3 runescape accounts.(not classic). Go into the lowest world possible (members or non-members). One of the level 3 account will be banned eventually so choose the account you want to keep and the one you do not care about.

Once you are in the low world and you are on the account that you have chosen to be your mod, have a friend log into the other account and go somewhere where nobody else is.

Have your friend swear on the account, advertise websites. etc. While he is doing this, you will be reporting him, once every minute as many times as you can, maybe 30-40 minutes if possible. After that, try logging into world 1 or 2 depending on members status and reported every single auto-typer that you can find. If you succeed in doing this. there is a very good chance that you will become a player moderator. Witch gives you permission to mute other players but not ban.

This will only work if you report enough people. Jagex will send you the invitation in your private messages.

Best way to become a mod is just play the game fairly and don't break any rules, don't go looking for trouble, jagex looks at the quality not the quanity. I became a mod without trying to become one. :)

hey moderaters what you do to be player mod??
#17 by josh, Jun 2, 2008
This is fake. Jagex looks for the following.
Proper language.
Maturity.
Quality of reports not quantity, therefore you only need to report a account once. You will NEVER become a mod doing as above.
Playing the game fairly.
Being nice and helpful both ingame and on the forum.
Using the forum regularly.

This is very, very stupid. If you create two accounts on the same IP (same computer with same internet connection) and log them in at the same time, you will probably get banned in the first day. If you think you've learned from you're mistake, there is no way you'll become a Player Moderator on any other account you will have. Even though you're friend logs in from his computer, where the account has been created will be more important. They might even see you as a player who shares accounts, which will lead to a permanent ban.

If you want to become a Player Moderator, just be nice in the game, help other players, never retaliate to any player, and report whenever you see a player breaking a rule. Don't report other players by breaking the rukes yourself!

i hope this works............
