Guide to the Best Melee Pkers

This guide will give step by step instructions, and offer some very helpful hints.

Step 1: After finishing the tutorials drop everything off in your bank and go mining. Now some of you might be wondering why the hell would mine as a pker, the answer is really simple. If you don't have a rich main, mining is the best way to get money. Mine about 500 iron and your set.

Step 2: Sell the 500 iron for 50k. Buy full iron, rune scimitar, iron scimitar, steel scimitar, mithril scimitar, adamant scimitar, power amulet, and some type of training food.

Step 3: Train on whatever but first get strength to 20 and then attack to 15. I suggest fighting chicken then cows, then Barbarians, and then whatever.

Step 4: Train to get 50 strength and 40 attack, and this should put you at about level 40. I suggest just training on guards. There is a really nice spot in Varrock Castle. You go to the back on the left-hand side and go up the ladder once, and you should be there.

Step 5: Buy some food and have fun pking.

Pking Tips

  • Personally on Pkers I level magic to 20, because one it doesn't raise your combat level, two you can cast bind, and third you can cast wind bolt if he's getting away.
  • Remember: Warrior>Range, Range>Mage, and Mage>Warrior.
  • When you Pk in groups, be sure to get a mage as a partner because his debuff and binding spells are perfect combination with your massive damage. (Lunar mmage would the best of all).
  • Its better to Pk around level 10-20, because of better drops and less chance to get ganged.

Yea yea that would be alot better, but in the later sections i still highly suggest training on guards they dont do much at your level and you can kill them faster and gain more xp. Plus, if your a member they might drop level 2 clue scroll.
