Hi zenafix here again but on my pure account, range ready, in this guide you will learn how to get your prayer up to 52 to use the desired smite prayer or even 70 to the legendary Piety prayer.
First off I will advise doing some quests.
- The Restless Ghost
- Recruitment Drive
These are 2 very easy quests that will get you those first annoying levels. If you are struggling to do the quests go on to “zybez: Runescape Help”
These quests should get you to about 15 - 17 prayer.
You could either do priest in peril quest or holy grail quests which are also very good or follow the next step in your prayer journey.
17 - 44 prayer
These levels are very easy and are easier with the better bones you use. We will be using big bones because it is too much of a waste using drag bones.
To reach 44 it's about 1000 big bones which should cost around 300k or you could do what I did which was slayer missions and banking all the big bones.
Another thing we will not be doing is burying them strait away. It is a waste of experience. We will be using a gilded chapel.
Do not worry if you do not have 1, I will show you how to get 1.
After you have your bones go on the forums on the Runescape website. It should look like this:
you need to click on “search threads” when it comes up
Put in the search box “yanille gilded alter” after you have pressed search it should come up like this.
The top thread says “open gilded alter w99 yanille” so follow the instructions and go to world 99 yanille either teleporting there if your house is there or using a duel ring to castle wars and running there.

Then just get your big bones from the bank and run to the house portal at the other side of yanille (refer to the world map if you are stuck where to go) then when you get the the house portal click “go to a friends house” and type in there name in this case it was “C6monkey” then when inside there is an alter which you will be using. Here is what one looks like:
Now just click your bone on the alter (do not bury it!!) and do this until there are no bones in your invent, then run to the bank and repeat until you are 44 prayer.
44 - 52 or 70 (or 99 for that matter)
Now for this you need a fair bit of cash to getting these levels because we are going to be using dragon bones.
To 52: 271 drag bones (271 x 1300) 352,300 gp
To 70: 2707 drag bones (2707 x 1300) 3,519,100 gp
To 99: 51504 drag bones (51504 x 1300) 66,950,000 gp
That is much cheaper than buying 180 k drag bones just to bury in the floor probably only a bit slower than doing that as well.
