You will need:
- 25 rune essences.
- An air talisman or an air tiara.
Step 1: Log in to world 16.
Step 2: Take your 25 rune essences to the air alter and enter.
Step 3: Trade with people that say "open".
Step 4: Offer them your 25 rune essences and they will give you 25 noted rune essences+ money.
Step 5: Go to the nearest bank, get 25 non-noted rune essences and do it again.
