Requirements:
at least 6 smithing
First u need a axe and a knife.Then go to forests of regular trees like in lumbridge and left of barabian village.
Once you're there, cut logs and use the knife on them and make arrowshafts. After you made enough arrowshafts you go kill
chickens and collect the feathers 1 feather for each arrowshaft.
Then you have made headless arrows now you need to get
bars (either buy it or smith it) then make them into arrow heads 1bar = 15 arrow heads 67bars=1k arrow heads then you
got your arrows.Also make sure you have enough smithing lvl to make the arrowheads.
