The Patient Strategy
I called it the patient strategy because you really need patience. First, you grab a stone, and wait,
never moving closer to the center. Now when your guy finds you, use the tele-orb and run the other way immediately. He should be running toward the center, waiting, while you're on the other side, also waiting.Then he will search again, and when you see him, run around until you run out of energy, and when you do go to the center until you have 50% run. When you do, run away again. Either repeat, or just stay in the middle and use your bandages till you die.
Fort Strategy
If you have high defense, and high HP, and if you're lvl 70+, AND you happen to fight a low-level player, then you can just sit in the center with your best armor, and just use protection prayers,
and your bandages, and you usually last a long time. Your opponent may even just give up.
But be careful, because when your fighting a mage, you really don't want to wear rune and vice-versa.
Hunting
Chasing
If your opponent is running around like crazy, chase him like crazy, and usually he will
be low level, so a few hits with strong magic will take him down. It also works the same with ranging. If you melee, you're gonna have to be more persistent, but, you almost always end
up with more run energy. Beat him up before he gets into those safe-houses!!
Piledriving
If your opponent is using the Fort method, then just go to the center, and use your strongest attacks on him till he dies. There's nothing more you can do except boost your strength, range, or magic with prayers.
