You do not have any other choice but to train in the Gnome Stronghold agility course. It will take quite long but bear with it.

This is quite fun, take your desert robes, some waterskins and some food and go to the Agility Pyramid to attempt the course.

Training walkthrough (level 35 - 40)

Complete the Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl, the course will be quite short at Barbarian Stronghold.

Training walkthrough (level 40 - 50)

You can choose to stay in Agility Stronghold, but at the Agility Arena collecting tickets will be fun, and the experience will be quite fast.
