Click on the moglin when you log in and ask it if it's heard any rumors.
When you see the seed spitter use the spell that makes it spit out health potions some times.
You can get it from Aria at the pet shop.
Then when the spitter is almost dead switch to an ice weapon then attack it.
This will give it health instead of killing it. Then when you have a little over 100
health points start to use the spell again. Then after you kill it kill the mawler for the girl that needs your help. After this you will get 2 more potions and then the old man will tell you to save the girl again after she gets attacked a second time. When the match starts just flee and repeat the mission all over again.
To make it quicker attack it with an ice wepon till it has 150-200 health points left then use the spell from there till you kill it.
