Here are all the initial stats for the races (in order of Which Class). Certain stats with obviously are more useful for classes. However, below are what those stats do.
Morale: How much damage you can take.
Power: Remaining Power used to cast spells or skills.
Might: +Block, +Parry, Increase Damage with Melee weapons, Damage reduction (Melee).
Agility: +Evade, +Parry, +Crit, Reduces Miss, Increase Damage with Ranged Weapons.
Vitality: Increase Morale, Morale Regen, Effect Resistance, Damage Reduction (Spell).
Will: Increase Power, Power Regen, Fear Resistance.
Fate: Morale/Power Regen, +Crit (Tactical Attacks).
Melee/Ranged Eff: How effective Melee/Ranged weapons will be in Combat.
