Nintendo Ds Lite Final Fantasy XII

A brief review of Nintendo DS/DS Lite Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings.

If you have not played the PS2 Final Fantasy XII, and this is your first time taking the Nintendo DS/DS Lite Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings for a spin, welcome to the world of Vaan, Panelo and other fighters better know n as sky pirates.

And if you have played games such as Advance Wars, or any of the Fire Emblem video games and liked leading your team of fighters into battle, then you will also enjoy playing Nintendo DS/DS Lite Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings.

In it, you take on the role of Vaan, a sky pirate with a love for adventure. After spotting and fighting for Galbana, the airship, you are whisked away into a world of adventure where Espers or creatures that wield magic can join you in battle after you have captured portals known as summoning gates.

In addition, other characters you meet along the way join you in your quest to set things right with the world again. Although I found this particular Final Fantasy game to be quite challenging and frustrating at times, for s few of those battles are difficult, it's always a good idea as with any game in this series to build up your fighters' experience first.

And this becomes easier once you have control of the airship. Even though it comes equipped with great graphics and sound effects, this Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings for the Nintendo DS/Ds lite is a bit different from previous games in the series.

For one thing, the battles are set up in chapters with four missions each. There are ten chapters in all, but do not think for a second that this is a game you can conquer rather fast.

As stated above, it comes with a few challenging battles for which you will have to plan your strategy wisely. And it might take a while to build up some experience to strengthen Vaan and the rest of your fighters, Espers included.

Nevertheless, I found it to be a great game and one that any lover of the Final Fantasy series should at least try. And you don't have to play the entire game with the Nintendo DS/DS Lite stylus, but I also found it more enjoyable to do so with it.
