I know this is the game you have all been waiting for so i am going to jump straight in to it. The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess is what i would deem the spiritual sequel to Ocarina of Time what many people considered to be the best game of all time. What you have with Twilight Princess is a game that follows the same structure you are going to be visiting allot of the same places, seeing some familiar faces (Zelda, Ganondorf and more!) and you are going to have a general feeling of De'ja'Vu. What your going to find out is that the Twilight Princess has the same controls as Ocarina of Time.
These controls worked and they continue to work and they are actually made better with the Wii Remote. It doesn't detract from the experience it actually enhances it (so if you had some fears to that put them to rest) Let me tell you how the controls work. The Wii Remote becomes links sword, You swing the remote left and right and link will do his Sword Swipes. It's that easy! and it actually feels good. What slashing with the Wii Remote does do though is replace the functionality of the buttons.
So all the controls are now mapped to the Wii Remote. You aren't gaining any new abilities but your not losing any either. We've all been playing with the normal control scheme for some time now, I could see why you would be so skeptic of something so totally new. Hyrule Field is immense you have got loads of temples and it is going to take you all day just to walk around Hyrule Field. You can go around it in wolf form, ride on or just walk. There is classic templates from Ocarina of Time in Twilight Princess but as you advance through the game you are going to see brand new temples called Twilight Temples. I can also tell you that the storyline is allot more darker than in previous Zeldas which gives that type of feeling.
