Your almost halfway done. There are a total of twenty six exp bags in the game, so your almost finished. There are lots of exp bags around Hyrule in The Legend Of Zelda 2 Link's Adventure. Exp bags were never used in any other Nintendo Legend Of Zelda games. In fact, this is the only Legend Of Zelda game to use the experience bag.
Exp Bag #17
After the third elevator in the Palace On The Sea, go left. Ignore the first elevator you see. Keep going west until you see a second elevator. Take this elevator all the way down. Head west and on top of the blocks, you'll find a 50 point experience bag.
Exp Bag #18
Just north of Old Kasuto is a bridge. This is the bridge that is north of Old Kasuto. To the west of this bridge is a graveyard. From the east of this bridge follow the edge of the water that is going towards the north and east. In the woods, right next to the water line, you'll find a hidden area with a 500 exp bag.
Exp Bag #19
There is a cave directly south of Nabooru. Go inside of this cave to discover a 500 point exp bag.
Exp Bag #20
Far north of Old Kasuto, through the swamp in that area is a cave. This cave is north east from the graveyard here. Inside the cave is another 500 point exp bag.
Exp Bag #21
In the Three Eye Rock Palace, go down the first elevator. Head to the right, do not continue going down on the elevator. In this room you can destroy the blocks using your upward thrust. Activate the jump spell and get this 100 point exp bag.
Exp Bag #22
In the Three Eye Rock Palace, after the first elevator, take the first path going to the left. Keep heading west and there is a 200 point exp bag underneath all the breakable blocks.
Exp Bag #23
Go all the way down on the first elevator. Continue going right and you'll see a section of blocks you can destroy. Destroy the blocks to get the 100 point exp bag.
Exp Bag #24
This 200 exp bag is also inside of the Three Eye Rock Palace. On the second floor down into the palace, there will be an area with statues in the air on platforms. Between these statues, is a pit you can fall into. After you fall into the pit, go to the right and you find the exp bag.
Exp Bag #25
This bag is inside of the Three Eye Rock Palace. On the last elevator, head to the left. Under the destroyable blocks, is a 200 point exp bag.
Exp Bag #26
This exp bag is also in the Three Eye Rock Palace. This bag is in the pit you fall in, under the one where you can just go right. To the left, will be an alcove, where the exp bag lies.
