Star Trek Trivia: Critical Care

Here is my next Star Trek Trivia, with Q&A, hope you like it!

After the Doctor's program was stolen, why did the Doctor decide to stay and help?

The Doctor, decided to stay and help, because after he saw all the sick, young and the old, he was tempted to help the sick people. Also, his programming, the Hippocratic Oath, he was forced to help the sick.

Why wouldn't the Allocator give permission to help young Tebis?

The Allocator, aka Main Control System of ship, wouldn't help Tebis, because since the Ship is low on supplies, only people with higher TC “Treatment Coefficient”, meaning they contribute more to society have better treatments.

Why were the patients in Level Blue given preferential treatment? What made the patients in Level Blue more important than the others?

The people in Level Blue get a better treatment, simply because they contribute more to their society.

How did the Doctor Attempt to increase the medical allocations to the lower levels?

He planned to steal and take medical supplies from the Level Blue floor, and transfer it to the Level Red.

How did the Doctor attempt to help the people in the lower level? Do you agree with what the doctor did? Explain

The Doctor tried to steal the medical supplies of Level Blue, to give to the people of Level Red. I agree to what the Doctor did, because the people of Level Blue don't need the supplies to survive, while the people of level red will die if the medicine isn't given.

How did the Doctor explain his actions to Dr. Dyssek?

He explained that if we used up more medical supplies, then more supplies will be ordered for next month. Last Month, because of their efficiency, their supplies were cut by a few percent this month.

Do you think the Doctor lied and stole? Is that a violation of the Prime Directive?

No, I do not think he stole, because he did not take for himself, but for other people aboard this ship who ACTUALLY needs the medicine. He lied, but only because he wanted to do a job of a doctor, healing other people. I think he did not mess with the Prime Directive, because since people aboard this ship paid money for The Doctor, it is fair for the doctors to help with affairs of the ship.

What were the consequences the Doctor faced when he was discovered?

The doctor had to go back to Level Red, and many of the people he helped were not given anymore treatment, allowing death upon them.

Why didn't the Doctor give up? Why do you think he continued to try to help the patients in the lower levels?

I think it is because his job as a hologram was to heal, and also he felt as if he had done the opposite job of being a doctor, being the cause of the death of so many people.

What was the Doctor's solution to the problem? Why did Dr. Dyssek help?

The solution to the Doctor's problem was infecting the administrator of the ship, and giving him the status of Tebis, forcing him to allow everyone on Level Red to receive level blue treatment. Dyssek agreed with The Doctor, because he also knew a Doctor's main job is to heal other people.
