Now I don't know how many trekkies are out there, but if there are any, I am sure you have heard about the Star Trek MMORPG soon to be released.
After hearing about it for the first time, I was stunned. I had dreamed of being able to live in the Star Trek Universe for years but never thought of an online game doing that for me.
The graphics are supposedly going to be amazing, making the experience more life-like. It will even let you do things like tour your ship, use the holodeck or go to Ten Forward for a bit of socializing and a drink.
You will be able to discover races that are unknown to everybody except the creators. You can make the life completely yours as the decisions you make will change the course of your life in the game.
I believe this shall be one of the greatest games ever to be released. It should come out in the beginning of 2009 though if they run in to more delays, it should come out mid 2009 or late 2009. That still isn't far away though. I can't wait.
