SECTION 1 - GUIDE EXPLANATIONS AND FORMAT

Brief Explanations

I have all collectibles listed in order of availability. Most can be picked up during any chapter of the game, others are specific to that chapter (ie. letters) and yet others can only be found during that story mission (ie. Whitefish pool hall) since the area will be blocked off upon completion. Some collectibles are only available at a specific moment in time (ie. the collectable the worker/mobster is sitting on in chapter 3) and so shouldn't be passed by.

Therefore, if you follow the guide and pick up collectibles in order that they appear you'll have your achievement and all content unlocked .

Guide Format

Collectibles in the game are numbered but, not in order and trying to determine which ones you might have missed can be confusing as well as aggravating. To make things easier I've included the following: the chapter in which they can be found, the map location according to your sub-screen map, a brief description on its location, the name of the person/company you will reach when dialing the number, and which content will be unlocked .

The latter (description of the content unlocked) was an afterthought and I started taking notes part way through the process, so there might be only a few errors or discrepancies if any at all .

The exception to this format is the Otherworld levels since all mail is posted at once and individual content is difficult to determine. However, the set content is listed at the end of the chapter .

SECTION 2 - PHONE NUMBER COLLECTIBLES GUIDE

Chapter 1

GRAVES END CONSTRUCTION SITE

#1 After your car crash, get your pistols, shoot off the lock and go through the door, on the ground in front of you (trinity church)(video-painting demo, comic-darkness level 0, AND concept-jackie 1) #89 During the 2nd lift ride, jump off to 2nd level before reaching the top floor, go around to end (the smiths)(concept-cover 2).

TRINITY CHURCH

#29 Go back to the basement where you first entered the cemetery, walk back until you find a room with reinforced windows and electrical generators on the other side, destroy the vent at bottom of the door, use your creeping dark power to enter the room and retrieve the collectable (neufunken) (concept-level 0, cover) .

#2 Exit cemetery, the garage door on the right is partly open, use creeping dark power (leave a message) (Comic-hunter-killer issue 1, AND concept-jackie 2) .

CANAL ST. STATION

#34 In the Trinity cemetery off hour waiting area, behind Information Terminal (emergency call center) (concept-cover design 1) .

#19 Lower east side off hour waiting area, behind Information Terminal (confused message) (concept-EC cover 1) .

#88 Walk down the stairs from trinity/lower east side waiting areas, turn left and back, collectable is on the tracks at the far end (chickee D's Husband grooming Service)(concept-angelus 9) .

#3 From #88 turn left and into passage, its sitting in front of employees only door (broken-hearted robert)(con-jackie 3) .

#39 Given to you from George Hadel after helping him out with compton scarr(simon do-gooder) (concept-cover 1) .

CHINATOWN

#5 At the corner of Orchid and Lester st. is a parking lot with large storage containers, across from them is a dumpster with the collectable sitting beside it (Jim Calhoun)(concept-jackie 5) .

#90 From subway exit, go straight to the T-intersection, enter the alley, walk to the end, turn right and back behind the chain link fence (Roger Sprint)(concept-mp health) .

#53 George St. Just off corner of George and Orchid st. look for an opening in the wall, enter and turn right(Party)(con-art) .

#91 Lester St. behind news stand on sidewalk (don't have your money bitch!)(comic-darkness issue 1, AND concept-character) .

#44 Given to you from Pete Chen, exit jennys building, save petes life (La Bonita Videos) (concept-darkling 7) .

LOWER EAST SIDE

#6 Enter green olive grove restaurant through the back door, first room on the left (Franky the snake) (concept-level 0, panel 2) .

#7 Corner of bass and clark st, in phone booth (Muerto?)(concept-level 0, panel 3) .

#55 Exit from subway, left into alley, far end at gates, above a dumpster is a small grate, use creeping dark power (prank calls)(screen-jackie 1) .

#56 North End of Raspberry St. (elderly lady, hard of hearing)(screen-jackie 2) .

#54 Whitefish alley dead end, top of large storage container, use creeping dark(demon inside) (concept-creeping dark) .

#35 Whitefish alley pool hall entrance, top of storage container(harringtons transcendental pet museum) (concept-darkness mode) .

HUNTERS POINT ALLEY

#8 Upon exiting pool hall (chunky chicken)(concept-paulie) .

#97 Exit pool hall, there is a door along the left wall, above is a vent, use creeping dark to get inside (suicide hot line)(screen-dev screen 2) .
