Okay so I see you want to know about this game, or just want my opinion. Very well, I'll explain the Pros and the Cons (the good and the bad).
Gameplay
Story
The story mode is a fantastic new option. It is a major improvement from Melee. The story is very well done and is very clear (even though almost no character speaks) .SSB Brawl has its own, unique story line ( I won't spoil it for those that do not own the game) It shows most of the characters and they each have a unique stage that is made to fit the character very well. How the story goes makes it show every character somehow. You can even Co-op with a friend to help.
The bosses fit perfectly into the story. The bosses have life now, like how in all the SSB games, Master hand had a life gauge. Some are percent, some are an actual gauge. The story deserves a 9/10.
Multiplayer
The multi player is just like the others ( but with way more options of fighting) but it is still an awesome way of playing. For a big group of people, you can have tournaments and such. Even just battle a couple of friends to compete for the top player. Online play is an awesome add-on ( with or without friend codes). You can play with people from around the world, good if you can't play with friends. Unfortunately it is very laggy and hard to play, and online is limited to certain rules.( only time, no stock, coin, or bonus play). Multi player gets an awesome 10/10
Stage Creator
The stage creator is a creative way to make your own stage, though it is limited in someways.
In SC you can put in any music you've unlocked, put your own background in, change the size of things and the stage, and create your own stage to battle on or practice. You can make platforms, slide on ice, go in hollow objects, fall on spikes, move on conveyor belts, climb ladders, and much much more! Also there is a limit to how much objects and space you can use up.
I'd give the SC a 7.5/10
Events
The events are basically the same as Melee but look different. Its the same old "do this, beat this, stay alive" sort of thing. You can Co-op with a friend, which makes it more fun. some are easy, others are really hard. Some you have to use a specific character, which can instantly make it easy or hard. I'm not going to go into much detail about events.
I give events a 4/10.
The Sound
The Sound in the game is generally good. Although if you are playing alot it could get repetitive.Stages have an almost unique musical track ( some have more than one). Also during a stage you can unlock music tracks to use in the Stage Creator.
During the Stage Creator you can use any music that you have unlocked. This puts a whole new mood on the stage and is a wonderful option. You can use a fast-paced, exciting music track for a big, group battle. You could also put a soothing slow track for a small 1v1 battle.
The sound Goes good with the stages, and adventure/event battles. The menus are mostly the same from SSB Melee.
I'd say that the music was an awesome Improvement and the game wouldn't be the same without it.
I give the sound a 8/10
The Graphics
The graphics here are not the best in the world, yet it is enough to satisfy the average gamer. The characters are pretty detailed, much better than from SSB Melee. The stages ( except the beautiful Final Destination stage) are better than Melee but nothing too special when it comes to looks. The stage backgrounds are nice ,especially for the wii's lack of graphics and SSB Melee's graphics, And the backgrounds usually go with the stage's design. ( Not like anyone playing would be paying too much attention on the background). The menu's and Selection screens are an improvement from Melee.
During Story Mode the Graphics are well done and detailed. The cut scenes are very detailed and you can easily observe whats happening.
I would give the Graphics a 7/10.
The Controls

The controls for the Wii controller ( and nunchuck) are generally hard to use for a new gamer or a busy controller ( as in Xbox360's controller, not simple Game boy controls.) , But if you get used to the Wiimote and nunchuck, its pretty fun to use. Most gamers are going to switch to the classic Gamecube Controller though.
The Controls for the Gamecube Controller ( which can be used on the wii) are almost exactly like Melee's. This controller is simpler and easier to use, and (unless your used to the wiimote) everyone can get adjusted to it after a couple of tries. It is the most likely used controller for this game, and makes it easier to master .

( I have yet to use a Classic wii controller, so i won't review it here, sorry for those that use it)
I'll give the Wiimote & nunchuck a 4/10 and the Gamecube one a 9/10
( I wont go into detail about the characters, each are unique in their own way and it depends on what skills you like in a character).
So in general I would give this game a 8.5/10. if your looking for a good multi player game, platform fighting game, or want to move up to it from Melee, I would highly suggest picking this game up! Thank you for reading this review!
