Super Smash Bros. Melee: The Black Hole Glitch

To do the famed black hole glitch you must have:

1. A GameCube.
2. 4 GameCube controllers.
3. At least 2 people (it's easier with 4).

So, first select the players:

1. P1: Anyone on team blue.
2. P2: Fox on team red.
3. P3: Falco on team blue.
4. P4: Peach on team green.

Then set the rules to stock. Around 15 lives are good. Go to items and set the only item as super scope, then set the drop rate on very high. Pick Hyrule temple. Then have P1 get a super scope. Then have him fire five uncharged shots then 2 fully charged shots.

Start to fire a third fully charged shot but have P3 smack P1 before it actually fires. Now test it. If it keeps on firing, you have performed the unlimited shots glitch (necessary to the black hole).

Now, have the players position like this:

Now have P2 and P3 put up their item defence and P1 firing the super scope rapidly. Keep firing until a blue beam is formed. Then have P1 stop firing and P2 and P3 can stop holding down + b. now P4 should start throwing turnips up into the beam. No less than 19 can be thrown. The game will significantly slow down and/or freeze (in which case, you're gonna have to restart it).

Now break the beam by pushing P3 off the ledge. If the turnips keep spinning you have done it correctly! Now jump in! For fun you can add fire with Ness's forward + b attack, but not too much or it'll slow down. Now go try this on other levels!
