Well, you've made it quite far in Resident Evil 4, and you've faced many freaks and mutations but this one will take the cake.
Ok after the first cut scene, you want to get out of the little corner Saddler has you trapped in and try and make it down the
little alleyway, don't cross the bridge yet. Turn around once you made it a little past the entrance and wait for Saddler to
come near that red explosive barrel, shoot it with your Red 9 or whatever handgun you opted to go with.
Once he collapses, break
out your Broken Butterfly and shoot him in the eye, if you're really in a tight spot or don't have much ammo, move up close,
shoot him then quickly press X(Or whatever the gamecube equivalent is) to stab him.
Continue down the pathway and climb up to the controls but don't release it right away, wait til he gets past the second steel beam,
also when running, watch out for he will throw them at you, be ready to dodge at any moment. When he gets close, throw the switch and
some steel beams will come flying around and slam into him, knocking him down, prime for another BB/stab combo.
After that, cross the bridges and wait for Saddler to
jump across. Be careful because he will either throw stuff at you or jump on you, once he makes it across, there is a red Barrel there, shoot it
and do another BB/stab combo.
If you saved any Hand Grenades, this makes the boss much easier. Throw one under him, he collapses, shoot, stab, maim. If you didn't,
there is another switch up ahead, use it just like the last one and then you must aim for the eyes on his legs to collapse him. After a bit more damage, Ada will throw you
down a special rocket launcher.
Get to it, free up any space necessary in your Attache Case, equip it and make sure Saddler ain't planning anything
chaotic and just aim and launch. You should get a cut-scene showing you Saddler blowing up.
After that, get the 100,000 from his corpse then you must
do the jet-ski scene. Congrats, you've beat the game and unlocked all the mini games and the Infinite Rocket Launcher.
