Halo - the series of first-person shooters that has taken many fans into a sci-fi battlefield - makes its return but this time on the new Microsoft next-gen console the X-Box 360.
Halo 3 has been a topic of gamers conversations for many months now. There are questions being asked: from the price (which was rumored to cost 79.99 which is far more than other 360 games) to what new addition would be put in. Both of those questions will be answered in addition to others, like what Bungie expected out of the previous Halos and what they expect to do in the future. Enjoy.
The first question I'll be covering is the price and release date. The price which had been rumored to be planned to cost almost $80 has now been officially set at $59.99 USD. The release date is now projected to be on September 25th of this year. Whether it will be delayed longer or be released soon I am not sure. That date however is in between the thoughts that it would be a release title for the 360 to possibly a 2008 title, but for Bungie's sake lets hope it debuts as planned or there will be many angry gamers.
Bungie, the producers of the Halo series have expressed that the new game will be understandable to new players with added background information and context clues in the game, and should be completely understood by players of the previous 2 games. The game is promised to be more improved than the previous games. It has been known that the game's producers have been disappointed with the second game and plan to make up for it by far in this third release.
Bungie also eager to improve the game's already superb A.I. system. With an updated A.I. the game is sure to become more than amazing. Not much is known about the system's improvements but it is sure to do well. I'll keep all of my readers updated on this and all of my stories.
