Final Fantasy was meant to be the first and last of its kind, but instead, it came to be a series of fourteen, revolutionary games and even a show along with a hit movie. People fell in love with Final Fantasy I's storyline and characters, and so more where made. Final Fantasy 1 thru 7 had simple graphics but amazing character interaction and plot lines. Eight came to be the next game taking place during a war between a sorceress and students called "SeeDs"-soliders for protecting their home or Garden as they were called. Ever since Final Fantasy 8, the graphics became more realistic with 9 and 10.
After the making of Final Fantasy X-2, the only direct sequel ever produced for the Final Fantasy games, there came to be Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children; it wasn't a game, however; it was the movie-an indirect sequel. Advent Children became a hint, bringing about new fans as well as uniting old ones. The computer graphics in Advent Children gave the realistic feel without bringing real people into the mix; it made the action heart-stopping and amazing for all who viewed.
After the movies, more additions where made to the Final Fantasy line. It's hard to stop a game that changed with its fans-never losing an audience, only gaining more. For those that provide some skepticism with one game can easily switch over to another and find solace there. Final Fantasy is an adjustable series for players and hardcore fans.
For something that was meant to be the first and last of its kind, Final Fantasy is here to stay-to thrive in the role-playing genre and to twist our emotions with their relateable character for many more years to come.
