Knife is always lighter. When you carry a knife, you run faster.
For Rifle Spraying (don't use this too often) When using a carbine, aim around the neck, so that you may be able to get a headshot.When using an AK-47, aim at the chest when you want to pump your full magazine into a guy. This is because; the recoil is larger, so if you aim at the chest, you may be able to get a headshot.
Using your rifle to shoot long distances
When you are shooting someone far away with a rifle, don't bother to spray. Shoot your bullets one at a time, ensuring that it is accurate. (Unless you are facing someone with an Artic, then most probably you are doing to die)
Grenades are very useful
Highly Explosive Grenades - High damage, can bounceFlash Bang Grenades - creates a white blur for a few seconds (that few seconds is precious as it gives you time to either run or kill), this is also good at sabotaging your friends) Smoke Grenades - Don't bother to buy this, it is a waste of money and lags the server. Backstabbing

Beware of backstabbers though.
