Since the second day of my Call of Duty 4 purchase, I have been deeply involved with the multiplayer aspect. I am now at the max level, in a clan and mostly at the top of the scoreboard in my matches. Multiplayer brings something quite unlike the single player campaign experiences, my first notable experience was 3 seconds after I entered game…I died. Yes, you will die a lot in multi, but not to fear, I will give you some tips so that you might end up hunting the hunter.
First tip to successful Call of Duty 4 multiplayer is Keep moving or you die. Unless you are a sniper follow this rule almost always it will save you a lot.
Second, is to always reload half empty or partial clips. Unless you are using a light machine gun without the Sleight of Hand perk, follow this rule!
Third is to use the Create a class function unlocked at level 4. You will always lose without creating your own class, in fact, this should be rule number 1 but I just now thought of it.
Anyway other tips for your warfare would be to: When sniping, take your shot (whether it kills or not) then move to a new position so you won't die. Try to cook your grenades (hold down g) so the enemy won't throw it back at you.
Don't get frustrated if the enemy owns you or your team a lot because to me the deaths don't matter, its how many kills you can rack up. My last and final tip is to never use the Martyrdom perk because it's cheap, non realistic, and everyone hates it and the people who use it.
