Battlefield 2142 is set in the future. A global ice age has come upon earth, and everyone still alive is fighting for land. 2 armies, the European Union and the Pan Asian Coalition are fighting a war for the rest of the earth.
This game includes many weapons and vehicles. As for weapons, you have a good choice of sniper rifles, machine guns, rockets, and grenades. For vehicles you have Favs, tanks, apcs, and battle walkers. In the air you have transport vehicles, and assault vehicles. And the one that rules the air, the Titan. The Titan is a huge hovering battle station. It has machine guns on top, and cannons on the bottom. It is what you have to destroy in Titan mode.
In Titan mode, both teams have a Titan. And the Titan has a shield, which you have to destroy before you can board it. On the ground there are missile silos, which players have to capture and protect. Every couple of minutes a rocket will shoot out of the silo and hit the enemy Titan. After a while (depending on how many silos you have) the enemy's shield will fail, and you can board their Titan. Watch out though, if the enemy takes control of more silos longer than you, you'll lose your shield. Getting onto the Titan is simple, get and apc and drive it close to (but not under) the enemy Titan. Then when your ready hit F3, and right click and you'll shoot from the apc in a pod, and you can guide yourself onto the Titan. When you land, youll need to go into the Titan. To your left and right are 2 doors each, you have to go in them and destroy the consoles.
When you destroy the consoles, the main access door will open, and you'll have a chance at destroying the core. When you do this, you have a small amount of time to get off the enemy Titan and parachute to safety. Beware when doing all of this, that your enemy will try to guard the Titan to the best of his ability. If you cant get to the consoles or core from an enemy, focus on the silos. Even after the silos have destroyed the sheild, they will continue to fire off and hurt the Titan. That is the second way to win this mode.
