Cheaper than most consoles the Nintendo Wii is being sold faster than PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles in most shops but now it appears they have run out in some regions of Northern Ireland.
So what makes the Wii so sought after? With games like Wii Sports where users can play baseball, tennis, golf, bowling and boxing as if they were actually there it makes gaming more active and more fun.
With an increasing range of titles the Wii can offer us some much needed exercise during the Christmas period but be advised you might want to warm up before engaging in a round of boxing!
Wine and Wii parties are becoming increasingly popular and it would seem that adults are more interested in playing than the kids.
So for the lucky few it will be a Wii Christmas this year. For the rest of us, we’ll have to wait until the Wii generation find something else to rave about.
