Wii Vs. X BOX 360 Vs. PS3

This article will be divided into many categories. If the system comes in first place for the category it will get 3 points. If it comes in second it will get 1 point, and if it comes in last it will get zero.

Looks:

Well looks don't decide much when looking at a system but I have to say the Wii because it looks so much different then the system before it. However, the X BOX 360 looks good too. But the PS3 looks almost exactly like a PS2.

Controller:

Well, I think the winner to this is pretty obvious, the Wii remote and numchuck. First of all the fact that it is wireless is really cool. Also it is cool having a controller in each hand. The cons are that sometimes getting your cursor on the screen is really annoying. Also the Wii remote can run out of batteries. But even with its cons the Wii remote takes the victory. Also, the X BOX 360 remote wasn't done that well but the PS3 controller was done much worse. It is almost exactly the same as the PS2 which I guess would be ok except for the fact that they took some great features like the rumble.

Graphics:

Here is the one thing the PS3 is actually good at. With the new Bluray system the graphics are stunning. The X BOX 360 graphics are good too. Well, here is the Wii's downfall the graphics are actually pretty good in certain games like Twilight princess, but the graphics haven't improved much since Gamecube.

Online:

Well this is where the X BOX 360 really shines though it costs money per month X BOX live is still the best out there. However, for in game items the prices are increasing a lot. The PS3 has good online that almost beats the X BOX 360. The ability to play in a Sims-like world and design your house, play games, and chat is really cool. The Wii on the other hand looks promising so far with new programs you can download for free such as an internet browser, weather, news and much more. However, I doubt there will be many online games however; more are coming out soon like Super Mario Strikers Charged.

Games:

This one is hard to decide. The PS3 does not look like it is going to have very many great games because like none have been announced. The X BOX 360 has a lot of good games like Halo but I have to give it to the Wii with its one of a kind games like Zelda Twilight Princess, Resident Evil, anything Mario is usually good, Pokemon, Star Fox and many more. Plus with the Wii perfect for shooting games it looks like a lot are coming out for it.

Gameplay:

Well this obviously has to go to the Wii with its new wireless feature where you actually feel like you really there. For the X BOX and the PS3 I think they are even so that's a tie.

Price:

Well, obviously the Wii gives you the best features for its price. However, the X BOX gives you a good price for its features also. I can't say that for the PS3 though.

Bottom line:

I would recommend if you want if you want to buy a system you get the Wii first if you want to buy a second system buy a 360 and if you want to buy a third get a PS2.
