Destruction Derby (PS1)
Wow, they don’t make games like this anymore. What’s the objective? to smash up as many cars as possible, so simple but so much fun. Your basically put in a ring with about 20 other cars and the last engine running wins.Grand theft auto (PS1)
Its come a long way since the first, but GTA1 was an outstanding game to play in its time, bird’s eye view of the city, what’s the objective? I’m sure there definitely was one but i never got round to finding out what it was due to the amount of fun you could have stealing cars, and get chased but the police.Streets of Rage (SEGA MEGA-DRIVE)
My goodness, this game was awesome. Walking through the streets with weapons, smashing up telephone boxes and anything else that got in your way. And the music was class. Sega Genius!Goldeneye (N64)
I’ve had hours of fun with this game. Me my two cousins, 3 ways split screen, Pistols, 1 shot and your dead. Well deserving of being in my top 10.Shenmue (DREAMCAST)
This will be the only game for the dreamcast I would put in my top 10, but I think it would find a place in my top 5 also. One of the most enjoyable games I’ve played, the only disappointing thing was the ending, leaving it wide open for a sequel which I never knew existed until last year but lost the desire for the dremcast as its years old.Soldier of Fortune II (PC)
I wasted about a year of my teenage years on this game, playing capture the flag online in clan wars etc. This would also more than likely make it into my top 5 games. I never played it offline; one you had experienced it online it was too much fun. In fact I don’t think I would ever play a PC offline again.Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (XBOX360)
About the only game I play these days, kicks fifa’s ass every timeJ! Another game I choose not to play offline, it’s just not the same beating the computer as opposed to beating some Japanese gaming master.Mortal Combat (SEGA)
FINISH HIM!, nothing more on this game, it speaks for itself.Toad Jam and Ero? (SEGA)
I think I played this when I was about 5, and to be honest i cant remember a whole lot about it, and I googled it and nothing, but i remember it as the greatest game of all time, that makes no sense at all but it’s true. If anyone can remember it please post a link or a comment.Sonic The Hedgehog (SEGA)
The game of my childhood memories.
Well that’s it, and I’ve just realised I have missed MARIO KART, and many more, there’s too many to mention but these are 10 of my favourite.
Thanks for reading.
The game is actually ToeJam and Earl. I remember playing the game when I was a kid. It is a classic.
