A detailed guide entitling the ways to beat the game dungeon sieg throne of agony

Hello again this is the second part of my dungeon siege throne of agony walkthrough. If you have not read part one I suggest you do so now so as to avoid confusion.

Quest: 5 sin of pride

This quest is hard I will not lie about that it is. For starts get your character to at least 12 because you will be facing upwards of level 13. to start this quest go speak with Hendrick he will inform you that there have been strange lights from a nearby abbey, and he would like you to go check them out. After speaking to Hendrick go talk to abbot Farns and he will tell you of his abbey. To get to the abbey head north and enter the crater edge. The abbey will be right there. Bring at least 15 health potions and 2 ankhs. My strategy for completing this quest is simple, when ever you see an enemy go towards it kill it then continue on to the next enemy. This quest does have one hard part to it though. Eventually you will come to 4-5 cultists level (15) they should be ranged with magic or a bow to kill them, don't for get to drink your health potions. After the cultists are dead return to Hendrick.

Quest: 6 ruined village

To start this quest go to the far east till you reach a gap in the wall with a man. The man will introduce himself as Barin. The village is left as soon as you enter the gap in the wall. This quest is not too hard just clean up duty. Kill all those within then grab the loot that they drop. Once they are all dead return to Barin and let him know.

Quest: 7 Stormhaven

I recommend level 16 with this but a few levels under wouldn't hurt. To start this quest talk to Barin and he will tell you about the fortress Stormhaven. Go to the fortress and kill all those within. Once again just a little bit of clean up duty.

Quest: 8 the shrine of nature

Wow this quest is quite long and just a bit tedious. To start go talk to Barin and then head over to mysterious catacombs (north east). Search within until you find one and then use it on the shrine of nature. This will activate the shrine which you must then fill your vial with. Take the vial to Deepwood forest along with 15-ish health potions. Look for black trees and use the water on them there are 4 in all. Once all 4 trees are cleansed return to Barin and end the quest.

at the end of the game, when choosing between ascending the throne or destroying it, is there a way to actually destroy the throne? i've ascended and the game ends...but i can't figure out how to destroy it.

ok amber, to destroy the throne just walk onto the little platform in front of it. attack it once or twice and it will like blow up.

i tried getting on the platform to take a couple whacks at it but i couldn't get on it. there was another point in the game when i couldn't get on a ledge, too, until i approached it from ever single angle. i've started the game over again with my elite character, so i'll give it another try once i reach the end of the game. thanks

I'm in act II and I can't find the frozen cliffs in the east. I've got 2 quest that says thats where I need to go. I can't find anything on the map that looks like it. Advice?

Frozen cliffs are north east of the searing waste lands if i remember correctly. Past the tomb of ancestors keep heading north east. There will be a ring of light to enter the broken lands. Enter that and you will see the tunnel to get into the frozen cliffs :)

hey george can i have some help with act 2 please? i can't find the high shadowchanneler, the one you need to kill to get the book of something (i forgot what exactly...). i've searched practically everything -- watering hole, spire of the red queen, tower of the damned and even the alpine heights. :(

p.s. if he's in the tomb of the ancestors, i can't find a way to get it

cuke i dont knop for sure how many quests there are in the game but it should take anywere from 5 hours to 10 hours to beat

nyh the high shadow channeler is in the alpine hieghts... you have to search a little bit

Ok, I have had no problems in the game until now. I have found all 4 crystal pieces and have obtained the Agallan Crystal from The Grimsayer Rawt but now i can't figure out where to use it. Someone please help!

Ahhhh, I'm so frustrated. Ok so I got to the island that rises up out of the ocean and have destroyed Regret, Elegy, and Mourn and the Red Crystal. It says I have to destory a Blue Crystal to be able to enter Malith's chamber. Where is the Blue Crystal!?!?

This might sound like a stupid question but what happens when you die and choose the option: "restart level" do you lose any money, experience, items etc..??
If not then dying is pretty insignificant..

Hey Flame,
To get to Maliths chamber you need to go on the elevator to the right of the entrance of the 'Ruins of Agalla' then go up and then left. Then the door that the blue and red crystals were blocking should be open. Then the rest is streight foward.

Hi guys,

where do i find the Elegy of Regret,Mourn, etc. I have used the crystal in the Machine Core. Folowed the beam pointing to the Tears of Agalla. The three "guardians" need the seeker to sing the Elegy. Where do i find this? Also i can't see the Ruins.

i am a lever 63 slayer ... i am on the red and blue seal quest to and i am glad to say i no where the red seal is ...you have to go to the second floor and go straight on till u see another guy called regret....(it comes up in green when your near him). then enter the forgotten halls,when your in kill all the cephilid brainhusks and undead allagans at the top there is 2 undead zombie bastards, slaughter them,at the very top past the greater zombies there will be a lift , take it.It will take you a long way until there will be loads more cephilids , kill em , then at the end of the path turn right , go straight down and theres the red seal.

i have found the blue seal ...i found it ages ago but never got time to post it lol . it exactly to the left of the elavator that leads u to the red seal..it is another elavator but on the oppsite side stand by a perfect square hole and wait for it to appear .

demon,
there are a few catapults in the area around the place where you start. cross the long bridge to find the rest.
the vagar are inside the citadel of drahn. when you cross the bridge you should see the entrance. personally, i hated this quest because it took me so long to finish it. however, something wierd happened and i killed about 50 things and got 7 levels. i dont know what happened and im wondering if its unique to my copy or happens in other copies as well.

also, after you destroy the last of the catapults across the bridge,go back to the place where you saw the entrance and enter it. the vagar are not hard to spot.

turning the siege walkthrough part 1
Ok, basically you have to destroy 5 catapults in the bloodstained battlefield. Basically, go on the top trail on the minimap and hug the outer wall, then come back in after a bit. You should see one. Destroy it. Return to gorelin as you will be using his position to guide you. Go back the same way only this time you hug the wall and go up onto the plateau. There will be one. Destroy it.

Then cross the small bridge to another plateau. There is another one there. Destroy it. Then go back to gorelin. This time, go the other way and you’ll see another catapult. Destroy it. Keep going that way until you see a long bridge. Go across it. Go up onto the plateau. There is the last one. Destroy it. Go off of the plateau and DO NOT GO ONTO THE BRIDGE.

Walk to the right (your point of view) until you see the citadel. Enter it. There will be about 20 vagar, khardun, and siege bugs. Go up the stairs in the top left corner of the room, and fight your way to the refuge hall. Then, talk to captain aenadin to end the quest.

also, you dont actually revive sedara. if you claim the throne of agony at the end, you "finish the work that malith began" with her soul by your side. if you break it, the cutscene shows her soul, blue and glowing, in the shape of a person.

technically, the quest walkthrough part of the guide is what Century is working on, but he didnt care. Red Seal is working on the people places things and explanations part of the guide, and i'm working on the items/inventory part of the guide.

dodgy- it isnt exactly a secret move. go into your abilities and read the descriptions. the ones that are finishing moves use the globes.

ok, no one asked this recently but i'm going to say it anyway. it is part of my guide that i am writing with red seal and blue seal. this part is on the red seal/ blue seal quest.
Walk west by northwest on your map. Kill the enemies. Use the lift.walk south until you hit the wall. Walk along that wall until you see elegy. Kill him, and then enter the vault of judgment. Walk forward (not north) then take the east (right) passageway. When it forks, take the passageway that goes toward the top of the minimap. Follow it until it ends and you’ll see a huge blue crystal. Hit it and it shatters. Go back to where you came in but do not exit. Wander around in the room you came in. kill mourn and regret. Then take the lift at the eastern side of the room. Then walk southeast until you see a door. Regret is there, kill him.This is the forgotten halls. Enter. Fight your way through to the other side, using the lifts and glides. Destroy the red seal. Then leave the halls. Go west, then south, then west. Open the third door on the north wall. Get on the glider. when you get off,you should see four chosen of malith (level 53) and mourn (level 56), guarding the door to the chamber of agony, where malith is. Enter the chamber of agony. Be ready to kill malith. She is level 60.
She can summon agallan zombies (level 52-56) and she shoots magic that does a fair amount of damage. kill her. then you can either claim or break the throne of agony

Neeloc is on one of the little islands as you sail around, you will see him jumping up and down, will try and find out which island he is on.

Hi. I have just completed quest 48 Waking the Megalith, by singing the song on the 3 little island that popped up but now I don't have a quest. stan- to play elite mode you...wait a minute...i already explained this to Elf...oh well... anyway, to play in elite mode, choose new game then choose select existing character. Then choose the one you beat the game with and select elite mode. The monsters will all be 50 levels higher, and the maximum level is 100.

What quest number do you recieve the boat on? I have not recieved the boat and when I go to the dock, it does not give me an option to use. Umm......don't remember the quest #..just check the last quest given to u by the 10th Legion Commander. I think it was the one after you first tried to make contact with the Allagens, but failed, so you reported to him.

glenn- most of the things in the agalloan capital do. if you still cant get to lvl 100, then you have a glitch

trying to find the red seal, i've cleared out the agalloan capital 10-15 times now and i still can't find an entrance to this "forgotten halls". can someone please clarify where to find this??

cym after you have but the machine crystal in the machine core (south of seahaven) go in your boat, select the map and look north west of sehaven until you find 3 islands in a grey colour, then you just nedd to talk to all the guardians and on your second time round you should have the option of selecting speek message or somthing.

I dont know the name of the quest but its on and island where you get osis you have to get 3 crystals from 3 different places on the island and then the second thing to last you need to do for the quest is gain faith how do you do that, if anyone know what im talking about could you help me out?

I am currently doing the shrine of nature quest, however have yet to find the crystals!

the centre room of the top level of the mysterious catacombs is blocked off despite having a door marked on the map.

am i doing something wrong?
are the crystals even in there?

Hi all.... I am really depressed. I am in the citadell after hours of looking for the catapults. Now I cleared the Citadell and the dungeon below it. NOW MY PROBLEM... I cannot figure out a way to get out of the citadel and move on to do more quests. There is no exit except back to the battlefield and I tried running around the old part and could not figure out any other way to move forward. A specific idea of how to move on away from the citadel to the north west area would be awesome! thx a lot to all!

the defiler is in the tower of the damned..
if im not mistaken it is in the desert to the west..
been awhile cant remember the map.
when u find it the tower. just go to the highest level and he should be there.

I cant find where to go after I kill the Bloodshadow guy ive been past the part with the warlord but i cant remember what i did someone said to go back outside of the fortress and go through a big gate but i cant find it any advice??

ok since u killed that guy the gate opened.
leave the area and u will see that right to the left of the area u went in a gate opened up.
go through that to get to the next area.

ok did u do that allagan trials u get right next to the guy with the reavers quest.
after that u get another one where u will fight to the top floor of the black pyramid.
talk to the giant get the mission and go to the something seas,
go to the iceburg and the right thing u can go in is the one u need.
fight to the bottom then u use the machine crystal u get from the giant.
leave the iceburg and go north. folo the green laser thing.
u will see three islands that the laser thing goes around.
go to the top one then go counterclockwise. talk to all the statues.
the last one will allow u to say something.
then an entrance will open at the spot ur at.
go sw and go to the little lever thingy to bring u up a level. go find the next are u can go to and go in it to kill the crystal at the farthest point down.
go back up and to where u started. go sw to get to the next lever thingy and go in the sw room. then fight to kill the next crystal.
next u will go north to the next room u can get in.
go as far as u can kill a few guys.
then the next room u have to enter is the throne room.
go as far as u can to fight malith.
after that u can break or use the throne.
this is where ur story line comes back in.
either use the throne to save ur friend\\\"allister\\\"/save ur people\\\"warlord\\\"/use the throne to stop another catalyst from happening\\\"stalker\\\"
or break it to blah blah pretty much the opposite.
if u listened to ur story for ur guy i suggest turning up the volume and listening to wat happens after u kill malith and which choice u choose.
ohhhh and to get good items keep killing malith walk out then back in kill her repeat.
u get really good items.

by the way guides for which guy u might like more.
allister is a great beginning guy.
his spells might confuse u a tad just go for passive stuff and spell blast imbue ray and ur pretty good..
white mage isnt that good except when u get archmage u get two spells that help lower manna cost and give u mana regen.
and it is so hard to run out of mana lol.
go the other way and get lich if u want to just destroy everything hense the spell destroy all. pretty crazy.

get the warlord if u want an intermediate guy.
go for just straight attacking no sheild no rune guy.
get the other class advancement. and ur set just keep getting better items when u go.

now the shadow stalker is a hard beginning character for some.
i mean with her low hp its hard to get through some dungeons. but late game she is by far the best.
fast ass attack speed 10k crits omg its awesome.
by level 100 her and her lvl 100 bow gets about 5k crits.
while one swing from just one weapon can get a 10k crit.
now take in fact i have items that add attack damage. like my murderous necklass. blah blah +200-600 dmg lol thats not even the best.

so if ur the warlord or stalker get stuff to add damage to ur atts.

if ur allister work on mana and ability adding stuff.

I'm not sure if this was asked, but I'm in allagan(sp) and there is one chest i can't get to. It has a turn style infront of it, and it faces the opposite direction of what is needed to cross to get to the chest. There are two Chosen Of Malith beside the chest. I can kill these but still can't figure out how to turn the turnstyle. There is one on a different level that you can walk around if you take two sets of stairs, I've tried the square button and such on both thinking the bottom is a mirror of the one above. Can anyone tell me how to turn it so I can get to the chest? It's bugging me. Thanks

oh and another question. I have found all the cross over tablets, but I found the first two before the others(obviously), and traded them in already. Now he won't accept any more. It just goes to the screen that says "Yes, this is one of the ancient tablets we seek....choose below" but there is nothing there. Are you only supposed to turn in once? Thanks again......
