A detailed guide telling how to beat dungeon siege throne of agony for the psp.

Ok I just got this game and tried looking for a walkthrough but sadly I found none…so I decided to write one I will be releasing it piece by piece.

The game starts of with you choosing your character, you can choose between the following

Mogrim, half giant has powerful melee skills, I recommend him for a first timer.

Allister, battle mage while mogrim can run right up and pound the enemy to death allister must use a more subtle approach like for example shooting spells at the enemy for afar.

Serin, shadow stalker, wow were to start, she has incredible skills the least of which include dual wielding weapons so she is great at sword play, she can also out shoot all the other characters with her ranged skills. But she is very weak when it comes to taki9ng hits, I do not recommend playing as her first time.

After you choose your character you will watch a cool little cinematic then find yourself on an island which is were the first quest starts.

Quest one: out of the frying pan

Pretty straight forward kill all the beast men, don't forget to collect there loot then get out of the forest. You should now be in the world map great place loads of…well nothing

Try heading north east and you will come to sea haven. Sea haven is were you will be for most of the game, so get used to it. When you enter sea haven you will be greeted by a guard names arena after you talk to her head south west till you come to a man named Hendrick that is the end of the first quest.

Quest two: feeding the village

Here is were it starts to get hard…just a little bit…by now you should be around level 4 or 5 witch is perfect. After you leave sea haven head north till you reach a farm. The farm has been taken over by monsters and it's your job to kill them and get boxes of food and supplies. This quest could get quite hard so be prepared with one or two ankhs and 10-15 health and mana potions. There is lots of crates so you should have no problem getting the supplies fast. Once you have the required 6 finish cleaning up the farm and head back to sea haven. Once again speak to hendrick.

Quest three: tracking the hunters

Wow I have no idea why on earth they felt the need to add this but here it is. Leave the village and head south east till you find 4-5 dead bodies and some scattered debris. Head back to sea haven speak to Hendrick and you will have finished the quest.

Quest four: lost settlers

I recommend level 7 at least for this quest cause it gets pretty hard. Head to the weeping forest and kill everything in sight. Keep doing this till you reach the settlers, by the way you would have a hard time getting lost as there is only one real path you can take to reach them. Once you make it too the survivors use the crystal on them. Then you can return once again to sea haven and speak to Hendrick.

thanks for sharing! you ended right at the spot I need help though lol I'm at level 9 and only have one level 10 quest. the only other qwuest I could find level 28. Any idea where I can go to get more quests?

..well at least you tried to write a walkthrough, i myself is too busy and lazy to write one. it would probably help people more if you wrote it more detailed, and i like the idea of writing it bit by bit, but posting it bit by bit is a tad annoying, you might as well write it all, and then submit it to some better sites.

If anybody knows how to find "the red seal", and destroy it, please, by all means post here. It's one of the final steps of the game. It seems that only "the blue seal" is available for destruction. I dont get it. Thanks..

I slaughtered bloodshadow multiple times as well and am stuck. How do you go further west and reach the citadel? Any info would be appreciated.

I found out what to do after killing Bloodshadow. It is rediculously easy (I have spent the last 2 weeks killing Bloodshadow over and over and getting stuck). Here it is: after killing BloodShadow, exit the fortress of doom. Now you are standing outside of the fortress of doom. Instead of entering it again using the glowing circle, just walk THROUGH the door just below the glowing circle. That's it.

To Mark and Skud the portal is right by the exit for the Black Tree Just head west when you see Fader Gaul and keep going past the Black Tree and you will see a portal. If, however, you need to get to The Temple of Earth just keep going west where the sand turns into stone.

This might sound like a stupid question but what happens when you die and choose the option: "restart level" do you lose any money, experience, items etc..??
If not then dying is pretty insignificant..

Hi... I tried to get through Temple of Earth, but failed. "As per Naaman said if, however, you need to get to The Temple of Earth just keep going west where the sand turns into stone (dtd 03/03/07)." I just dun get wat he meant. Could anyone tells me how to get there? Please help me, thx!

i have found the red seal... when you first enter the initial room(not the judgement room where the blue seal is, thats the second room) head to the right and there is a hole not on the map that you must stand next to for the elevator to take you to the area of the red seal... sneaky bastards!

For the next quest after killing druid
When you exit the tree at the top, go to the right (or east)there you'll find someone who gives you your next quest. (when you go to the left ( = west) there's the teleport and The Earth Temple)

hey dan4z,
you can also get above level 68 by choosing new game then select existing character and doing elite mode. all of the monsters are 50 levels higher than in normal mode. only problem is, once you get to level 100, you cant go beyond that. the experience needed for the next level rises with the amount of experience you gain- so you have to fight malith -level 110- at level 100 maximum.

im not exactly sure when it happened (maybe he starts with it and i just didnt see it), but mogrim, after one of the class changes (i cant remember which, im now a level 100 slayer. it was either berserker or slayer class change)can wield dual weapons.

you only get experience for killing stuff that is within an eight level range of you. i had that same problem.i thought: huh if i start over and keep on donig that,i can gain levels really fast. although i just realized something. if you start over on elite mode and go and get the crossover tablet and trade it in for deviant claymore then sell the claymore and then start over again, you have infinite money.
you can probably do this with any other weapon from either mode but i chose the most expensive one.

congratulations on beating the game. so have i. so has blue seal. so has red seal. so have half the people who own this game. like you,i have beaten the game with every character on both elite and normal mode multiple times each. my characters are:
allister:level 100 arcane champion, level 100 lich, level 100 archmage. mogrim: level 100 slayer, level 100 titan. serin: level 100 blood assassin, level 100 huntress and level 100 ninja.
unlike you, i go on here to try to help the people who haven't beaten it, not to brag about beating it.
)if anyone reading this thinks that i am bragging about it, i'm not.) i'm just saying this to point out that other people have beaten the game, and are just as good, or better than you.

i have yo agree with "guy with a big dong" on one point, and only one point. the quests are easy. that is true. this is because dying doesnt matter. you can go and hit the boss until you figure out a strategy (usually involves a good range weapon and a lot of running and dodging), then die, then go back and use that strategy.
also, about your post name
what is wrong with you? you are either a nerd who has no self confidence in real life so you brag about your d*ck size, or you have a really small d*ck, and are self conscious about it. also, the guy that started this site has probably beaten the game also.

Hi guys...
Pardon me for my qns:

1)Is there any personal chest or watever so for us to store weapons or items we found? or we must SELL them in order to empty our carry item space?

2)What are the points for our followers for? I know i can add the points when i view my character, but when i view my follower (archer), i cant add points to him even though i see he has some points. (btw, i am only at lvl 7)

3)Can we give weapons to our followers? Found some good bows so thot i can pass to my archer (thats why i ask qn 1).

2)there are people in each of the respawn places who are trainers. the one in seahaven is named taclin. they train follower abilities... for a price.

game lover, little frog- you're welcome.
kennedy- just go alongthe outside wall on both sides of gorelin. there are 2, one on each side. then go along the top inside wall until you see a plateau. go on it. there are 2 on it. then go back to gorelin (i'm using him as a way to tell you which direction to go.) then go along the top path until you see a bridge. cross it. go onto the plateau on the other side. the last one is there.

game lover- when you say evandaln, do you mean elandir? also, assuming that i am right, the next thing you do is go to the isle of mists and fight through to the machine core and activate the megalith. then exit and go to mourn, elegy, and regret(follow the green beams, itll be pretty obvious)then talk to them, with mourn last. then go up to mourn and enter the agallan capital. also, what do you mean, quest for bone isle and barrier isle. there is no one on barrier isle. (afaik)

Hello everyone- I have just beat normal mode (I think) and am on elite mode. However, I havent gotten rid of the "Curse of Agony" AKA my health keeps draining. Does this continue throughout elite mode, or did I miss something? Cause if you can't get rid of it, it /suxxors.

How many quests are there, total?

I beat the game - saved it before I chose the ending. After choosing the ending, I decided to go back to the saved game and check out the other islands. On one of them, I found a new quest for Act I. Kinda weird, since in act one, I could not have gotten a boat to get to the island in the first place.

I counted out my quests and I'm missing these:
4-8-9-11-13-17-18-20-12-22-23-25-29-30-31-33-34-37-45 and 47.

Do the missing quests show up in Elite Mode, does anyone know? I've started a new game(in EM), but so far, I haven't seen any new ones - just the ones I've already done(not in EM).

Any help would be appreciated.

I found the Shadowchanneler!!!! Yaaaaay! To get to the Frozen Cliffs you go to the upper right hand of the screen. I guess it would be to the north east by the Gorash plains? you go the barrier and hold the square button. There you are! You get the boat later.

ok .. either im a dim bulb or i gots a bad game .. personally i think its me .. i found every catapult cept the last one .. i followed century's advice and found the 2 on either side of the guy and the 2 in the middle on the plateaus but i cant find the fifth one .. so basically im running around leveling up .. please some help!!! and i'll be your best friend :-P

Gone through the game a few times like many of you. Am currently going through again with my level 100 Blood Assasin (my favorite) trying to see what rare items I can find.

I've never found the mule. Ol' Bessie. Where is it?

Red Seal and Blue Seal can be found in Agellen Ruins. Once you've activated the beams, go to the bottom right guardian. He'll talk to you. Then back up, and go to him again....this time, it will let you into the Agellen Ruins. There are multiple levels inside. You'll need to use the 'vators to find both the red and blue seals. Each must be destroyed. Then once you find Mourn and defeat it, you can proceed to the final battle with Malith.

Oh and Shadow Channeler was up in the alpine level of the Forzen cliffs for me.

Hi there,

small problem, I seem to have completed a number of quests in act 2, I cannot find the cure for the healing lady in the top LHS of the screen (sorry don't have psp on me, thus no names) The main night is standing at the front with a big exclamation above him, if I go to him he keeps on telling me to move it and go and help the rest of the knights. I have done all other available quests. Any help?

richie a starting point could be...take the boat ,cross the sea of steam...(go on the side of the map where seaheaven is) if u look at the map on the left of the isle where seaheaven is...u should notice little isles...ok get there with the boat you should see three little isles on the left up corner (just on the side of Stonemaw chasm) with a bean of light that connected them all...get on them (park the boat and tlk with the three guards (one for each isles)...one of them will actually make rise agalla from the water....i hope i did make myself clear...im kinda confusing i guess....

Century.... do you know where the isle of bone is...basecally i dont know if in yr 100 level matches you came across a little mission that ask you to go onto different isles so to complete the map of a dead navigator..or something like that...if you did come across that mission...would u be able to explain to me where the flipping hell is the isle of bone...i've found all the other isles but i cant find the isle of bone....or bone isle....please let me knw....tx

by the way i finish the game just now....but just because i didn't like the end..i actually activated the altar and ended up like a monster connected to the chair with the soul of sedera or how the heck u call her....so i got bk to the saving before the fight with the bad M...and i am sorting out places i didn't go through within the story telling...and trying to understand if there is a link btwn the little tale of the mercenary and the scolar and something that must be done...kinda hidden mission..i dnt knw...ill keep u posted

the shadow channler is in the frozen cliffs to get there you need to go to the fallen empire keep going right and youll see a portal things that says enter broken lands go in there and youll see frozen cliffs

The catapults are on the field. One of it is near the Girls who needs to be saved.
You get close to the catapults and start hitting it ;)

If you are searching for the Temple of the Earth, as was I for two days, the answer is: Once at the portal, instead of walking toqards Gaul, walk south/west until you spot the rock path that appears to be a wall. Walk onto the rock and then continue west!!! It is that easy my playing friends!!!

On the last quest, when you need to chose if to break the throne or embrace it, if you are playing allister and you want to break the throne what you need to do is get on the ramp and hit it with a stick or a weapon that is phisical because the spells and the ranged weapon do not work

YaWzi- after you finish all the quests that fader gaul gives you he will tell you that he has opened a path to the earth temple for you. Go back like your going into the black tree then go west to find it.

Once you finish the first act u can feed the chicken a taco then he turns into a chicken-waffle sword which is the best weapon in the game (u can buy the taco from the weird lil guy in the small cave in sea haven after you giv him fish bits 7 times)

After reading through all of these comments it seems that the main problems are
a) Where to go after killing the Druid - you exit the druids place and are on a high ridge. From here you can actually go Up and Right, even though it looks like a cliff. The small step-like stones are actually steps.
2) How to do Quest 28 - the corrupted. don\'t worry - you get this quest early, but do it later on. So when you get quest 29 you can complete 28 at the same time
3) Catapults. It took me a while to figure out that you can hit them, and you have to hit them many times. Keep wanderoung around this large area and you will eventually find them all. I can\'t help more then that without a map.
4) Chickens. there are 2, and all they seem to do is cluck. They don\'t seem to serve any purpose
5) Boat - you find this at the end of the wharf south of the teleporter
6) Blue and Red crystals. Elevators are in the top left and bottom right, Take these and then take the next elevator. You eventually get to a dead end. Part of the scenery is actually a blue crystal or a red crystal. Attack it a few times.
7) There is a phase in this badly designed game where you have no quests. Head back to the main starting island on the boat. On the left side is a bay. Go in here and explore the 3 islands. I think this is the bit that prompts the next quest.

Hints :
a) Keep going back to kill the Black Druid. He drops one good item each time and is quick to reach if you go in the back door.
b) for the blind Archer girl class, ignore her melee weapons and skills. The bow and arrow means you can kill without aiming, just hold X, and you can kill many monsters before they get close.

Upon replaying the game again, I've found 3 situations where the game has no more quests and you have to find the next one.

The first is when you get the boat. You have to sail straight south and discover islands. You'll get new quests on these islands.
The second is when you smash the blue and red crystals. From this you have to sail to the three small islands (elegy,mourn,regret) just to the left of the main island.
The third time you have no missions is at the end, but you just have to proceed forwards to the next area
when you enter the temple of earth, the

To get to the searing wastes after quest 27, you keep heading down to the bottom of the Temple of Earth, and then out the other side.
After that you clear the nearby tower you walk to the left and through the castle wall that now has a gap in it.
This takes you to the next part of the map.

The boat is found by going to the Searing Wastes Teleporter, heading west (left) from the teleporter, and then heading south once you get to the Watering Hole.
Once you reach the coast Walk East (right) around the rocky formation.
voila- a wharf. Walk to the end of the wharf.

Islands are

Bone
. . Brond . . . . . (The main starting island)
. Afeallan . Elegy . Regret . Mourn
Geblandan
Orlege . . (Other main island-Bloodmist)
. Hathheart
. . Joes Island . . . Helofor . . (Isle of Mists)

So Blood Mist Isle is the big island in the west. It has a rocky mountain edge on its left side.

After the black pyramid sail East ( -> )to the main Island again (the starting island) and on the left hand side of this island is a bay with some small islands in it.
Go and visit the three islands in this bay. (called Regret, Elegy, Mourn). You need to visit all three and activate the statue thing there.
